Terms concerning payment  

Our invoices are noted due upon receipt. With a 9% added after 10 days policy.

In order to keep providing the level of quality services that we have for the past 18 years, we ask that when you receive our invoices to please submit them for immediate payment.

Some clients have mentioned that they are having to send the invoices to your clients, or to an insurance company etc. etc.

The way we are set up and for our servers which are paid when the papers are served, that procedure will not work for our office.  In saying that, we would request that Virginia Court Services be paid from your accounts.

For your convenience we accept all forms of payments. Checks, All Credit Cards.

Payments made by fax checks will be deposited as paper drafts or EFT. (Electronic Funds transfer)

Some services will be required to be paid at time of order.
