If you need to locate a person, email our office with the persons name and last known address or city.
(Any information you have, send it to us) Even a relatives name can help. Or Approx age.

If you have a Social and need a name, email us the Social.
If you have a phone number and need an address, email the phone number.
If you have an address and need a name email the address.
If you have a Address and need the Property Owner info email address(Must specify Real Property)

Payment for these searches is very easy, and MUST accompany your request. You may email or call with any questions before sending payment.)

You may pay by using any credit card, debit card, or check by fax.

Paying by credit card you will need to include that info, when sending your request, or you may call it in.  
Phone request are taken between 8:30 & 5:00 PM est.  A written request either by fax or email will be required for legal reason, if a request is done by phone.

If you wish to pay by check, you may fax your check along with your request, or email.  When sending check information with email, all we need are all the numbers on the bottom of your check, and an address, phone number.

If you have a request that is AFTER the above normal hours, you will need to email or fax information to 540-989-1060 and then call  us at 540-982-0000.  These requests will be answered with in 8 hours the same business day.
